About the Role
As Talent Acquisition Partner Sweden, you will take the lead in attracting, engaging, and hiring the right people for our clinics and support teams across the country. You’ll act as both strategist and recruiter ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and positive experience for every candidate, while partnering with our leaders to meet business goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with area leadership and the P&O community, providing recruitment solutions that reflect the Swedish market and support our shared purpose: to provide outstanding veterinary care through great people.
What You’ll Do
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and adapt recruitment to local clinic dynamics.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical roles across Sweden.
• Represent AniCura at job fairs, events, and schools to strengthen our employer brand and early talent outreach.
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, job design, assessment, and compensation.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
• Use data and insights to track results and continuously improve performance.
• Represent AniCura and Linnaeus as a true brand ambassador, sharing our purpose, culture, and growth opportunities.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multi-site or international environment.
• Proven track record in sourcing, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative and service-minded approach.
• Good understanding of Swedish labour law, GDPR, and fair hiring practices.
• Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
• Professional English both verbal & written.
What We Offer
• Full-time remote position / 32 - 40 hours per week based in Sweden.
• Annual salary between SEK 483.000 – 603.750, depending on experience.
